Return and Refund Policy

Your happiness is my top priority at Shelton's Romance! I stand firmly behind my products, offering a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you encounter any issues within the first 90 days from the purchase date, you're welcome to return the product for an exchange. Please remember that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and all original parts, cords, and controls must be included with your return. For lingerie, it must be unworn, in its original packaging, and with tags still attached. Any lubricants or liquid products must be unopened to qualify.

After the initial 90 days, Shelton's Romance extends a warranty on toys for a full year with the purchase of a TLC (toy tote, lubricant and cleaner), covering any manufacturing defects or materials issues that impact the product's functionality.

Please be aware that this warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration from normal wear and tear, nor damages from accidents, misuse, or neglect. Disassembling the intimacy product or its accessories will void this warranty.

Shipping

If you have any questions about your order, don't hesitate to shoot me a message at 314-597-1432. I promise to get your goodies processed and shipped within 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that every order is subject to a $10 shipping fee, regardless of the order size. This covers the cost of shipping orders to me before I send them your way. I don't charge for the delivery from my house to yours. If you prefer, porch pick-up is also an option, though shipping charges still apply.

You'll receive an Order Confirmation email from me once everything's set, complete with your UPS tracking number. And for even more convenience, you can track your treasures on our app!
